  1. Voucher Podarunkowy jest dokumentem elektronicznym zwanym inaczej kodem rabatowym lub e-kodem o unikalnym numerze, warto\u015bci r\u00f3wnej 250 z\u0142, 500 z\u0142, 1000 z\u0142 lub 1250 z\u0142. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Wystawc\u0105 Vouchera, zwanym dalej Organizatorem jest House of Retouching s.c. z siedzib\u0105 przy ulicy Ambro\u017cego Grabowskiego 8\/6, 31-126 Krak\u00f3w, NIP 944-215-02-44.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Voucher bez wzgl\u0119du na jego warto\u015b\u0107 ma okre\u015blony termin wa\u017cno\u015bci i s\u0105 to 3 miesi\u0105ce od daty zakupu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Niewykorzystanie Vouchera w terminie 3 miesi\u0119cy od daty zakupu jest r\u00f3wnoznaczne z utrat\u0105 wa\u017cno\u015bci Vouchera i nie stanowi podstawy do wyst\u0105pienia z roszczeniami w tym zakresie wobec Wystawcy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Voucher mo\u017cna wykorzysta\u0107 do pokrycia pe\u0142nej lub cz\u0119\u015bciowej ceny za warsztaty wybrane z oferty House of Retouching s.c., dost\u0119pnej na stronie internetowej: https:\/\/houseofretouching.com\/warsztaty<\/strong><\/a>\/, przy zastrze\u017ceniu, \u017ce kody rabatowe i promocje si\u0119 nie \u0142\u0105cz\u0105, chyba, \u017ce w regulaminie promocji wyra\u017anie zaznaczono inaczej.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Voucher mo\u017ce by\u0107 wykorzystany jednorazowo, bez mo\u017cliwo\u015bci podzia\u0142u.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Voucher nie podlega wymianie na \u015brodki pieni\u0119\u017cne ( w ca\u0142o\u015bci lub cz\u0119\u015bci) oraz nie podlega zwrotowi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Posiadacz Vouchera mo\u017ce dokona\u0107 maksymalnie 2-krotnie zmiany terminu warsztat\u00f3w kupionych z u\u017cyciem Vouchera, bez utraty wa\u017cno\u015bci kodu rabatowego. Po tym czasie kod rabatowy traci wa\u017cno\u015b\u0107 i udzia\u0142 w Warsztatach wymaga dop\u0142acenia kwoty na kt\u00f3r\u0105 opiewa\u0142 Voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Zmiana terminu warsztat\u00f3w\/ odwo\u0142anie warsztat\u00f3w z winy Organizatora powoduje przed\u0142u\u017cenie wa\u017cno\u015bci Vouchera oraz nie powoduje utraty  maksymalnie 2-krotnej zmiany terminu warsztat\u00f3w przys\u0142uguj\u0105cej Posiadaczowi (patrz punkt 8 Regulaminu).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. W przypadku rezygnacji z uczestnictwa oraz \u017c\u0105dania zwroty wp\u0142aconych \u015brodk\u00f3w (o ile Voucher nie pokry\u0142 ca\u0142o\u015bci szkolenia) kupon rabatowy traci wa\u017cno\u015b\u0107.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Wystawca nie odpowiada za zgubienie Vouchera przez Nabywc\u0119\/ Posiadacza. Nie przewiduje si\u0119 wystawienia duplikatu Vouchera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Voucher, kt\u00f3rego termin wa\u017cno\u015bci min\u0105\u0142 uznaje si\u0119 za niewykorzystany.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
